Chartered in 2003 Roseville Lions was founded with our community needs in mind, and have dedicated our services to our community first. Community first is our motto! As a Roseville Lion, you become aware of the needs of our community and have the advantage to effectively make a difference in the life's of many people. Our club provides our volunteers with leadership training, project management assistance and personal development opportunities. Being a Lion empowers you to help others in a way that no one person could alone.
Lions International is organized into Districts and Regions. The lower peninsula of Michigan has 10 districts. Our club is located in District 11-A2, encompassing Oakland and Macomb counties.

Eyeglasses and examinations- We provide certificates for Lenscrafters for to help those in need receive eyeglasses
as well as direct individual support of equipment
Hearing aids and examinations through our District 11A2 hearing aid program
Our District Eyeglass collection trailer picks up eyeglasses throughout the District and delivers the used eyeglasses to Grand Rapids for processing. Each trip will have app. 160,000 pairs glasses to be used for recycling to individuals in need.
Donations and support for "Solid Ground" and "Light House" That are local homeless shelters, food pantries and shelters for single mothers
We have built ramps for our handicapped individuals
urchased durable medical equipment for individuals that meet low income requirements
onated to our local Police and Fire departments who we could not do without!
hristmas Party for children who would otherwise not have gifts
Support our Parks and recreation directly and with programs such as "Trick or trunk" providing a safe trick or treating environment on the Parks and Recreation grounds
And much much more. But we need your support to continue doing these wonderful things for the community and the core Lions charities.
